Update to Physician Application & New Scam AlertThe board has made several changes to the questions on the initial physician application and renewal application, which includes DPMs. Also, remain vigilant against new extortion and spoofing scams targeting Ohio providers. The SMBO has received reports of individuals impersonating Board investigators and contacting SMBO licensees via phone, alleging that they have been involved in a drug case in another state. |
